This down sized version of our winterparade started out as our Patricia plan. This nearly 2400 sq ft ranch was our Winter Wonderland of Homes Parade entry. This custom built split bedroom ranch is perched on the edge of a ravine, in a very private area. It's southeastern exposure creates a light cheery enviornment. Special features include a large master bath with whirlpool tub, and large walk-in glass block shower.

This 2359 sq ft custom built home was built on an old christmass tree farm. Domers and high ceilings bring light throughout the home. A masonry fireplace graces the great room, while a replica gas fired stove adds to the intimate atmosphere of the hearth room. The free standing shower in the master bath was created from a sketch done by the homeowner. Kitchen features lots of couter space, and a wet bar near the hearth room. All in all a nice cozy retreat in the country!
