The Elanore Floor Plan is a perennial favorite of our customers! This split
bedroom ranch has been built in many variations from 1860 sq. ft. to
2400 sq. ft. Features inlcude nicely sized master suite, kitchen with
walk-in pantry and an airy foyer with open stairs to the lower level.
Often upgraded with library/sunroom and second fireplace (shown). This
home is great for walk-out lots.
The Custom Elanore Floor Plan home started as the Elanore. Built
in an area of 2 story homes the dormers added height to the home at the
same time bringing light into the living areas. Add a front office and
a few twists to the master bath and you have an Elanore, only
different! These are the kind of options our design services provide.
