Sunroom addition

This sunroom was added to a home we had built for the owners 6 years prior. The first step was to remove the existing deck and much loved gazebo.  New footings were poured in the yard and a crane was used to move gazebo to it's new location.  The new addition features infloor heating and electically controled skylights, which close themselves when it rains for comfortable carefree living.

 Major home remodel

This home underwent a complete makeover from the ground up.  Walls were moved to make it an open concept on the lower level and moved upstairs to convert the only bath to a master bath, complete with whirlpool, infared heat, stereo, clothes chute and more.  The skylight not only allows lots of light to move through the home, but acts as a passive air conditioining sytem.  As the warm air rises it pulls cooler air in through the windows.

All of the cabinets in this home as well as newel post and office bookshelves were built by Willow Bay Builders.
