Gerry La Bonte has been building custom homes since becoming a partner in Homes By Bill Rounds in 2000. With Bill’s retirement in 2006, the Rounds name was retired as well. Prior to this Gerry had been a partner in a successful commercial construction company. His many years of experience in commercial and home construction provides him not only with a wide range of building knowledge, but a very organized methodology. You can rest assured that your project will proceed smoothly, on schedule, and that communication throughout the job will be easy and concise.

Gerry and Ann follow a “green” lifestyle. Their hobbies include backpacking, canoe camping, and sailing. They still hang clothes out to dry, as well as garden. This philosophy spills over into their business. You will notice lots of natural light in their homes as well as an emphasis on energy efficiency. Craftsmanship and good design take precedence over big and flashy. Willow Bay Builders is a “Green” member of the Valley Home Builders Association, as well as a member of the Green Built Home Initiative .  Gerry is also a Certified Green Professional with the National Association of Home Builders.
